Made using our best Chardonnay grapes harvested at optimum ripeness and then carefully selected. Fermentation takes place over three months with the lees in new oak casks.

The result is a golden-yellow wine with faint green hues, an intense, complex aroma with clear evidence of smooth woody, smoked and roasted nuances. Fresh and fruity, well balanced and lasting in the mouth.

Serving with: Seafood, shellfish paella, Spanish tapas and different types of fishes
